An image viewer for streaming and annotating high resolution image sets of histological slices. Written in HTML, JS, CSS, Python and Bash, based on OpenSeadragon. This project was an assignment in the Applied CS course on medical CS. Sources will not be posted here, so future classes cannot copy my solution.
